Ecol currently has 80 employees, and between spring and autumn this figure can increase to as much as 100. As a company we feel a responsibility to provide employment opportunities to people in the region.
We are constantly seeking to raise the level of both working practices and the qualifications of our employees through a system of individual and team assessment, coupled motivation processes, thus making for a friendly and enriching working environment.

At Ecol the issue of work and hygienic safety are treated on a par with production and quality control, and play a key role in the company´s activities.

Ecol takes the lead on issues of work safety and has moved beyond the basic requirements of the governmental health and safety regulations for the workplace.

Due to the specificity of our activities, we seek to control, limit and eliminate all threats to worker safety, whilst at the same time making sure that the working environment is as comfortable as possible for employees.
