Water, just after solid contaminants, is the second most important cause of disruptions and failures in lubricating and hydraulic systems and current transformers.

Even the smallest amount of water in an oil system accelerates the ageing of oil and elements contacting oil.

To prevent it, our company provides services that allow you to diagnose water contents and remove it from oil using:

• Water contents measuring device or/and laboratory analyses
• Centrifugal units (function on the principle of centrifugal force),
• water removal and degassing units (HNP) - (units for vacuum water removal and oil filtration)

Another great problem in the operation of equipment is saturation with gasses from leakages by sealing, especially with volatile hydrocarbons
(e.g. in process compressors and power generators), causing dangerous fall in oil ignition temperature. A solution to this problem, without costly oil replacement, is the use of oil degassing equipment.

Note that the high contents of solved air in oils working under pressure quickens oxidisation and depletion of additives, in addition, it causes:
