The oil purity class assessment is developed based on the PN-ISO 4406:1999 and/or NAS 1638 standard:

with microscopic method,
with automatic method with the printing of results and report including:

date, place and composition of the committee witnessing sampling,
test results with a microscopic photo,
description of the present condition and guidelines on further operation,
trend line for a number of analyses from one sampling location.

Oil filtration can be carried out as:

full flow using filters and pumping and filtering units (flushing skids) with capacity of up to 20 000 l/min (depending on system volume),

by-pass using units for
by-pass oil filtering (off-line).
