Increasing our offer from the range of issues of the lubrication of devices we added the training services and consulting taking advantage from our knowledge that we got during the long-term contact with the issue of lubrication engineering.

  • interpret oil analysis results and to take preventive and correct action up;
  • manage an oil analysis results actively;
  • estimate of services quality of oil analysis and to undertake changes if required;
  • use of oil analysis results to check the quality of fresh oils delivered by suppliers;
  • work out, implement and apply stored procedures of draw samples and analysis executing;
  • choose research tools to on-site oil testing;
  • elaborate methodical monitoring program of devices condition in order to reaching effects of synergy of various types of tests;
  • manage, store and use of lubricants;
  • manage methods (ways) of the lubrication of machines and completing lubricants in machines;

  • match lubricants with optimal parameters and suitable application properties that guarantee correct and long-lasting operating of machines and devices;

  • choose optimal suppliers of lubricants, materials and auxiliary devices;
  • choose optimal technologies and performers of lube services, repair services, advisory and laboratory;
  • provide documentation for losses and benefits rising in operating of machines relating with engineering of the lubrication of all its aspects;
  • rationalize expenses of the lubrication and operating of the plant.
